Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds


Items that are broken or defective must be notified to our customer service team within 7 days after delivery in order to start the return or exchange procedure.


Incorrect Items

Please let us know if you receive an item that is incorrect in your order within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make arrangements to send you the right item.



Conditions for Exchanges and Refunds


Original Condition:

Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packing, and with all original tags still attached.


Receipt/Proof of Purchase:

All returns and exchanges must include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or a receipt.


Non-Returnable and Perishable Items


 Due to safety and health regulations, perishable products, such as food and drinks, cannot be returned or exchanged.


Items expressly identified as non-returnable throughout the purchasing process are included in this category.


Returns Procedure


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether your refund was approved or refused.


If your refund request is granted, it will be handled within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be credited to the original form of payment.


Exchange Method


If you are eligible for an exchange, we’ll handle it and send you the new item within 7 business days after getting the previous one.
